Fairstead is seeking a Porter to join our property management team. You will perform routine cleaning and custodial maintenance to keep our communities safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and great customer service while supporting daily property operations. Ideal candidates are flexible and able to work weekends and on call as needed, with a general interest in custodial work and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
