Job summary

Ferrellgas Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Part-Time Propane Truck Driver to deliver 20lb cylinders to retail customers. No prior driving experience is required for entry; you will work as an essential, seasonal role with a growing operation.

You will load, secure, transport, and unload propane, while engaging customers and providing outstanding service. A Class A CDL and HazMat endorsement (or ability to obtain) are required along with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL.
• HAZMAT endorsement, or be able to obtain it quickly.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds in each hand, up to 200–600 times per day, in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizen, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to and from destinations and customers.
• Engages with customers daily, providing service information and answering inquiries.
• Demonstrates drive, determination, professionalism, and contributes to business growth.
