Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL driver for seasonal propane delivery in Middlesboro, KY. You will safely operate propane trucks, service residential and commercial accounts, and maintain delivery logs while upholding safety standards.

Local routes mean home every night and opportunities for on-call rotations during peak seasons. Candidates should have a CDL Class A/B and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements (or be able to obtain them quickly), plus a good driving record and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain quickly.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good driving record and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
