Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. You’ll be on local routes and home each night, upholding safety standards and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a Class A/B CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain quickly), a clean driving record, and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather. US work authorization is required, with no visa sponsorship expected.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
