Job summary

Audacy is seeking a Promotions Assistant in Chicago to support our Promotions & Experiences team with on-site event management, promotions and integrated marketing for the Chicago market. This part-time hourly role involves coordinating on-site experiences, assisting with setup and teardown, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver engaging events.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in event management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or news formats is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events.
• Assist in setup, execution and teardown of events.
• Support Marketing team on promotions, contests and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution as needed.
• Produce recap materials for on-site events as required.
• Adhere to all legal requirements and disclosures for on-site contests and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
