Edgewater Technical Associates in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Part-Time Project Controls/Scheduling Specialist with a active DOE Q clearance to develop and manage project schedules. The role collaborates with project managers and technical teams to maintain integrated schedules across design, testing, construction, manufacturing, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Primavera P6 experience, familiarity with DOE project scheduling requirements, and the ability to perform baseline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project scheduling, project controls, or cost/schedule integration in DOE or technical environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and critical-path methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules for development, testing, construction, and operations.
• Support integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 per DOE EVMS and project scheduling requirements.
• Assist with schedule baseline development, maintenance, and change management.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and operations to gather inputs and resolve conflicts.
• Perform critical-path analysis, monitor progress, identify delays, and propose adjustments.
• Prepare schedule reports, progress updates, and variance analyses.
