Part Time Project Manager – Capital Projects (Part Time or 1099 - Independent Contractor)
Location: New York City (Primarily Field-Based)
Schedule: Project-Based (20 hours/week guaranteed)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (up to $70/hour depending on experience and scope)
Reports to: Director of Property Management

We are seeking a seasoned and organized Project Manager to oversee capital improvement initiatives across our portfolio of co-op and condo buildings throughout New York City. This is a project-based, independent contractor role—ideal for someone with construction oversight experience and deep knowledge of NYC's regulatory and permitting landscape. You’ll own project timelines, ensure vendor accountability, and keep key stakeholders informed from start to finish.
This is not a desk job—it’s a dynamic, field-based role that requires initiative, accountability, and strong technical acumen.
