The position offers exposure to process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within the Business Strategy, Analytics, & Technology department. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, proficient in Microsoft Office, and eager to learn project management tools.

Qualifications

• Completed or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Basic understanding of project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create project boards on Monday.com.
• Document meeting notes and send follow-ups.
• Assist in updating and maintaining project plans and timelines.
• Prepare team meeting agendas.
• Identify project risks and process bottlenecks.
• Support status report creation for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process documentation (SOPs, How to’s, etc).
