Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking an Associate, Partnership Solutions (Part-Time) to support revenue strategy, tracking, and campaign optimization. You’ll assist the Director of Partnership Strategy with office projects and game-day activations.

The role is based at the 4th Street office, averaging 28 hours per week, during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season with potential continuation based on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Partnerships’ revenue strategy, tracking, and execution.
• Produce recaps and proposals and support data reporting.
• Help manage CRM (Salesforce) and other databases.
• Create memos and case studies for cross-functional use.
• Assist in maintaining central dashboards and asset tracking.
• Aid game day preparations and activations as needed.
