Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant cost engineering experience.
• Experience in cost estimating, cost control, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC applications and multiple discipline-specific software used by Bechtel.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
• Supports cost monitoring and reporting standards and cost data preparation.
• Assists in budget allocation and cost control for specific disciplines.
• Supports development of quantity takeoffs and project codes.
• Contributes to project trend program and unit-rate development.
