Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a part-time telework cost estimator for the Port Arthur LNG project in Houston, TX. The role involves routine cost estimating, budgeting, and development of unit rates to keep projects on budget while enabling accurate cost control and reporting.

The ideal candidate has LNG project knowledge, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with Hyperion and ecosystem tools. Occasional in-person attendance is required at the project office or site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant cost engineering experience, or 6–9 years of related work experience.
• Experience in cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis on a jobsite location.
• Strong communication, PC skills, and proficiency with ERP and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed.
• Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
• Assists with budget allocation and reporting/cost control for specific construction discipline.
