Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with hospital leadership to design, plan, and implement new programs or initiatives aligned with goals.
  • Oversees all aspects of program logistics including scheduling meetings, venues, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicates with stakeholders to promote participation and gather feedback.
  • Collects and manages attendance, outcomes, and feedback data.
  • Performs data analysis to assess performance and present findings to leadership.
  • Assists in developing and managing program budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Collaborates with marketing to create promotional materials and content.
  • Designs and implements program evaluation strategies.
  • Prepares regular leadership reports summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
