FedWriters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary visual production program for the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Public Affairs.

You will oversee graphic design, photography, and production delivery end-to-end, ensuring quality and deadlines across large-scale campaigns. The role supports both off-site work and required on-site presence at FPB in Washington, DC, with meetings within a 2-hour notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale graphic design, photography, and production for federal contracts.
• Experience overseeing campaigns from concept through delivery and installation.
• Ability to supervise off-site production teams and provide production cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between contractor team and government client.
• Oversee large-scale visual media campaigns end to end from concept to installation.
• Supervise on-site staff and an off-site production facility team.
• Recommend production materials and equipment based on cost, quality and use case.
• Provide cost estimates for production items and services.
• Resolve technical problems during visual material preparation.
• Oversee on-site installation of banners, exhibits and booth setups.
• Attend client meetings and walkthroughs on short notice.
