Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Part-Time Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of a major U.S. account. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations, client management, onboarding and offboarding processes, escalation management, and exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Employer of Record (EOR) Services, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) support. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, is remote, 20 hours per week, paying $40-$50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major account, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand the client's needs and objectives to provide strategic solutions.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations related to the account, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Implement and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding, engagement management, and offboarding of contractors, ensuring a seamless experience focused on customer and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for any issues or conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP):
  • Leverage VMS and MSP tools to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all VMS/MSP requirements and standards.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators, onboarding and HR teams, and contractor care representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on operations and client management.
  • Proven experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP).
  • Experience and knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) processes and workflows.
  • Ability or experience in leading a geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
