Bridges Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Evaluator - CCBHC to design and carry out the data analysis plan for monitoring process and outcome measures within the CCBHC initiative.

The role is 19 hours per week, non-benefited, at $45 per hour, with funding guaranteed through 12/31/2026 and potential for continuation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Statistics or related fields with 3+ years of health services research or program evaluation experience, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology or related field
• Minimum of three years demonstrated health services research and/or program evaluation experience
• Experience designing analysis plans and presenting data to leadership
• Advanced use of Excel or other analysis platforms (SPSS, Statistica)
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Designs data collection and program evaluation tools with EHR team, Project Director and Care team
• Ensures compliance with SAMHSA requirements for data collection, analysis and submission
• Designs and implements the project analysis plan
• Analyzes service trends and conducts predictive analyses with the Utilization Review Coordinator
• Performs low and high level analyses to support the project
• Analyzes and interprets population-level data for CCBHC
• Aggregates and presents performance/evaluation data to leadership monthly or quarterly
