PAY: $22.50 /hr

Shift & Working Hours: This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. It is a part-time flexible role with a schedule on first shift between 6am - 2pm. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location.

In this role, you will be a key member of our manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and the creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience in taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers, including operating machinery and equipment, and packaging the final product.

This role is part of our Omnium business, a loyal partner in manufacturing crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices for self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts quickly to changes
• Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all quality standards and SOPs are followed during production
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follows instructions from Leads and Management to accomplish daily work

Required Experience And Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, respectful attitude

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing
• Perform duties while wearing PPE
• Work in temperature zones including cold and hot environments, possibly with dust and chemicals
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
