Advantage Solutions is seeking a front-line Retail Associate in Tustin, CA, to drive sales by engaging customers through live events and product sampling at stores.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and delivering friendly, helpful service to shoppers and clients.

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
