Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers and presenting brands through live events and sampling in retail environments. You’ll interact with customers, support management, and help create engaging experiences at the point of purchase.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; additional hours may be available, with benefits customizable to meet family needs including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Willing to learn and follow safety-first procedures in a retail setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location.

• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
