Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a retail associate to engage customers and drive sales through live events and sampling in the Omaha area. You will bring brands to life in stores and at community locations, delivering friendly, high-energy service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, performing demos, handling setup and breakdown, and ensuring safety and cleanliness while meeting performance goals.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
