Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking friendly, energetic team members to drive sales through engaging customers with brands via live events and sampling at retail locations.

You’ll help customers, maintain a safe work area, and support management with weekly shifts. Training is provided; you must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and work 2–3 shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
