Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic retail assistant to drive sales through live events and product sampling in Turlock, CA. You will engage customers, spotlight brands, and help shoppers discover new products.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and support to help you succeed. You should be comfortable on your feet, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
