Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking team members in Fremont, CA to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in retail settings. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Shifts are 2–3 per week, with weekends included. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for growth and benefits available as part of a flexible benefits

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hoursPerform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
