Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for individuals to drive sales by engaging customers through sampling in a retail environment. You will connect shoppers with new products and explain benefits while working as part of a supportive team.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Competitive wages start at $15.00 per hour, with flexible hours and benefits options available to match your needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor while interacting with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
