Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role includes training and internal growth opportunities within a global network serving thousands of brands and retailers.

You will connect with shoppers, work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, and enjoy a benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary plans, wellness programs, and discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Be friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing with customers and teammates.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through food and beverage sampling.
• Interact with shoppers and management in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote products and introduce new items.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist store teams.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment as needed.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
