Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive sales by sampling food and beverages and engaging customers in our retail environments. You will connect shoppers with new products while delivering friendly, informative service. This role offers a supportive team, flexible part-time shifts, and opportunities for growth.

No prior experience is required as training and team support help you succeed; medical and other benefits are available, with potential for additional hours on request.

Qualifications

Now, about you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
