Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a customer-focused associate to drive sales by sampling food and beverages and engaging shoppers with new products. You will interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner and support team members across shifts, including weekends.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours. Compensation starts at $18.47 per hour in California, with benefits tailored to family needs and potential additional hours

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as required.
• Must be 18 years or older and available for 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
