Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail sampling role in Danvers, MA. You will engage customers, promote products, and drive sales through hands-on sampling at the store level.

We provide training, flexible 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package. No prior experience required; competitive wage of $15.00 per hour and team support available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
