Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Sampling Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The role requires 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
