Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for a motivated individual to drive sales through food and beverage sampling in Longview, WA. You will engage with customers, introduce them to new products, and enhance their shopping experience.

This role offers flexible shifts and does not require prior experience as training will be provided. Competitive hourly wages along with customizable benefits are included. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
