Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members in Massachusetts to drive sales through sampling and customer engagement. Earn $15 per hour with opportunities for growth and training provided, plus benefits options. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be available 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends.

No prior experience required; we provide training and support to help you succeed while you connect shoppers with new products and enhance the in-store experience.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
