Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Retail Associate to help customers discover new products through food and beverage sampling. You will engage shoppers, explain features, and drive in-store sales.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. You must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available for 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends. Transportation is required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
