Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time retail associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect shoppers with products, explain features, and maintain a clean sampling area while providing excellent service.

The role offers flexible shifts across weekends, with training provided and opportunities for growth. You will join a team-focused environment that values safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following safety procedures in retail.
