Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to help shape shopping experiences by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. In this role you will connect shoppers with new products and drive sales in a dynamic retail setting.

The position offers training, growth opportunities, and benefits options. You will work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, and be expected to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling.
• Interact with shoppers and introduce them to new products.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and informative service.

• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
