Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail sampling role in California. You will engage customers through food and beverage sampling to drive sales and introduce new products to shoppers. Training is provided, and benefits can be customized for families.

The position offers growth opportunities and requires 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 6 hours, and have reliable transportation.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
