Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a global retail services company, is seeking a part-time team member to drive sales through food and beverage sampling and direct customer engagement. You will connect shoppers with new products in a friendly, energetic environment, while supporting store operations and team collaboration.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; individuals 18+ with reliable transportation and a flexible weekend schedule are encouraged to apply.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
