Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an entry-level retail sampler in Fayetteville, AR. You will engage customers through food and beverage sampling to drive sales and introduce them to new products.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for several hours while delivering friendly, energetic service to shoppers and clients.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
