Job summary

Food Lion’s Produce Department is seeking a team member dedicated to friendly, efficient customer service and accurate product handling.

You will assist with unloading, stocking, and displaying merchandise, while following safety procedures and company standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to learn multiple tasks to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce department.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise according to policies and guidelines.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Maintain awareness of Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge while on duty.
