Requirements and Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in training.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in English.
• Basic math skills involving addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
• Completion of company training on various safety and service topics.

Physical and Work Environment

Candidates should be able to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, and hear regularly, and occasionally climb, balance, or stoop. Must be able to lift/move up to 60 pounds. The environment is typically cool, humid, and noisy, with exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and cold conditions.
