Job summary

Baltimore Ravens is seeking a part-time seamstress to sew and alter player uniforms and coaching apparel. You will construct jerseys, perform heat pressing, and operate embroidery machines to repair and customize garments.

You should bring at least 3 years of professional sewing experience and a keen eye for detail. The role may include weekend/holiday work, with equipment provided and meals/401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Expert in sewing with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with 3+ years of professional sewing/alterations experience.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; familiar with YouTube videos for sewing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sew/mend player uniforms and coaching apparel.
• General sewing and alterations of uniforms and jerseys.
• Operate heat pressing and embroidery equipment safely.
• Repair and reconstruct garments; create knee and thigh pads.
• Ensure accurate measurements and timely, precise work.
• Maintain a clean, organized sewing room and assist teammates.
