Job summary

A leading academic medical center seeks a PRN Chaplain to provide inter-faith pastoral care to patients, families, and staff members. This part-time role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as significant experience in pastoral care and trauma. Qualifications

• Provide pastoral care to patients, families, and staff members.
• Negotiate coverage hours and assignments with the Manager for Pastoral Care.
• Significant experience with trauma in pastoral care or chaplaincy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and families about their illness.
• Work with chaplain residents during their residency program.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary documentation and team communication.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Theology preferred)
