Qualifications

• RN or LPN license must be active and current.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certifications are required.
• Previous in-home care/private duty experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Trach/ventilator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home patient care
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids, and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress
• Perform wound care and assist with personal hygiene needs
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve the best patient outcomes

Skills
