Staples in Greeneville, TN is hiring for Print Specialists to provide exceptional customer service for print needs. You will produce finished products and help customers with a full print solution in a collaborative retail environment.

Training is provided and interviews may be scheduled quickly after applying. This part-time role offers flexible hours, PTO, weekly pay, and career growth opportunities within a store culture that values teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and build relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality print solutions.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively with others.
• Able to manage conflicts in a calm, professional manner.
• Willingness to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open ended questions to understand customers' print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping).
