Job summary

One Medical is seeking a part-time clinician based in San Francisco to manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits. You may work in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles.

The role requires residency completion in Internal or Family Medicine, CA license, and board certification or active Board eligibility with plans to certify within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits when needed.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues; credentialing for additional states as needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
