Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco is seeking a part-time clinician to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and tele-health, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds. The role emphasizes collaboration with in-office and virtual teams and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

The candidate will be enrolled in or have completed Internal/Family Medicine residency, with 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care, board certification or eligibility, and

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Internal/Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• State license in California prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
