Job summary

Sun River Health is seeking a part-time Physician to provide blended Primary Care, MAT and Genesis services. The role distributes roughly 40% Genesis and 60% Primary Care/MAT, with responsibilities across preventive care, chronic disease management, HIV care, and related health services within a community health setting.

The position requires NY licensed MD/DO, active DEA, board certification and experience in HIV care and MAT.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree (MD or DO) required.
• Active NY license to practice medicine; active DEA registration; board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, chronic disease management and acute care.
• Support MAT services and Genesis program integration.
• Collaborate with Genesis leadership, nursing, case management, behavioral health and care team.
• Ensure clinical documentation and medical records meet organizational standards.
• Deliver HIV, viral hepatitis and STI-related care as applicable; participate in PrEP/PEP services.
