Job summary

Brigham and Women's Primary Care at Southern Jamaica Plain is seeking a compassionate, board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a part-time role offering four to six clinical sessions per week.

You will work in a team-based model with an in-basket support team, AI-enabled documentation tools, and robust administrative infrastructure to enable efficient, relationship-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Massachusetts medical license eligibility (MCSR and DEA) is required or attainable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based model.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health clinicians, nurses, social workers, and other staff.
• Leverage AI-supported documentation to reduce after-hours charting and burden.
• Engage in teaching or academic opportunities as appropriate and available.
