Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Internal/Family Medicine physician to manage a diverse patient panel in Boston, performing in-person and telehealth visits. In addition to clinical duties, you will participate in weekly rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and supervise NP/PA colleagues.

Massachusetts license is required and board certification or eligibility is expected within one year. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and pathways to state licensure expansion

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues; obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
