Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Massachusetts medical license (MCSR) and DEA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, adult primary care in a team-based population health model.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for diverse patient populations.
• Deliver thoughtful preventive care, chronic disease management, and after-hours support as applicable.
