Job summary

Infinite Medical Group is currently hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a part-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted NP/PA license in MA, have at least 6 months of experience in long-term care, and possess strong communication and clinical skills. The role offers competitive pay, PTO and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in MA.
• State-specific license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
