Job summary

DKZ Kinder Academy in Utah is seeking a caring Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will work with children ages 3–4, supporting a safe, positive learning environment and following provided lesson plans.

The role is mornings, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:45 PM, requiring reliability, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with young children. Previous preschool experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with preschool-aged children preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to follow and implement daily lesson plans and routines.
• Strong teamwork and professional communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for children ages 3–4.
• Follow and implement daily lesson plans and curriculum.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Communicate professionally with classroom team members and families.
• Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, meals/snacks, and other activities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
